Art Enables is located at 2204 Rhode Island Ave NE, Washington, DC 20018. It’s a mile and a half northeast from the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station (red line) and is also accessible via the 83/86 or T14/T18 Metro buses. On your way up Rhode Island, stop at Grassroots Gourmet for breakfast goodies and delish sweet treats. Also, Art Enables is situated a few doors down from Zeke’s Coffee, so you can get your freshly roasted local coffee, too!

The Craft Commons truck is coming to Another Damn Craft THIS Saturday, June 13th! Craft Common Truck is DC’s public access craft studio for adults on wheels. Whether you’re looking to spread out and make, expand your skills or take your craft to the next level, Craft Commons has something for you.

Craft Commons is here to give you room. Room to stretch your creativity in a craft-focused environment. And access. Access to tools to help you take your craft to the next level - whether that means wowing your mother-in-law or earning a living. And a reason to celebrate because what you craft is amazing!

Brooke Dewitt

Not only do we love supporting our local artists we LOVE supporting our local up-in-coming artists, too! Introducing Brooke Dewitt. She is an incredible artist who will exhibiting at Another Damn Craft Show THIS Saturday, June 13th.

Her style is awesome and she has a brilliant eye for  color. Pick up one of her wearable art pieces or an original painting.

Oh, boy ! Oh, boy! We are only 1 week away from Another Damn Craft Show and we are so friggin' stoked!

We are TOTALLY ready to celebrate the local DC arts-and-crafts scene. And sell some handmade stuff, too. Lots of it. So join us, won't you? We will have a DJ spinning (is that what the kids nowadays call it?), Craft Commons truck stopping by and just about the best artisans in the Metro area all in one place - Art Enables.
